For out of hours pick up (23:00h until 07:00h) there is an extra charge of 30 euros which is not included in the total amount.
No hotel deliveries. Both pick up and drop off must take place at the airport.

Filling in the wrong fuel

Additional driver: 3€/day (taxes included), maximum 30€/rental and driver (taxes included). Maximum: 3 additional drivers per contract (in addition to the lead driver).
Childseats and Boosterseats: 4 euro a day + IVA, Max. 40 Euro.
Child seats: suitable for children from 9 to 18 Kilograms.
Booster seats: suitable for children from 18 to 36 Kilograms
Some providers will offer you, upon pick up, additional insurances in order to reduce the vehicle's deposit and also extend the coverages.
Fuel Policy
Fuel prices may vary depending on the vehicle's model and on the market prices at the moment of collection.
Regarding the Full-Half option, in the event the vehicle is returned will less fuel than agreed upon collection, the missing fuel plus a 15-euro processing fee will be charged to the customer. In the same way, with regard to the Full-Full option, if the vehicle is not returned full, the missing fuel and a 15-euro processing fee will be charged to the customer.
For rentals with a duration of 4 or more rental days, the customer will pay in advance for a full tank of fuel and will have to return the vehicle as empty as possible. Please, be aware that unused fuel will not be refunded.
For rentals with a duration of less than 4 days, the following options would apply:
Full-Half: Customer will pay for half a tank of fuel and the vehicle will have to be returned half.
Full–Full: Customer will have to return the vehicle with a full tank of fuel.
Full-Empty: Customer will pay for a full tank of fuel and it will have to be returned as empty as possible.
Flight information:
In order to provide you with the best service, it's important that you state your flight number on your booking form. Our supplier will be able to check if your flight gets delayed on your arrival date, which would translate into a delay in your arrival time.
Payment method:
Payment must be made with a valid major credit card: Visa, Master and American Express. The credit card holder must be present at the time of pick up. We also accept Visa Electron debit cards provided that the customer contracts the Extra Insurance. In these cases, the Full-Full fuel policy will not apply. Neither cash nor American Express are accepted as a form of payment.
Driver requirements:
A full license valid in the EU, held for at least one year, must be provided. The minimum age to hire a car is 21 years old. Faxed or photocopied licenses are not accepted. Customers 21-25 years old will have to pay a fee of 3€ per day, maximum per rental 42€ (taxes included). Customers 70+ years old will have to contract our Comfort Plus Insurance.
Type of vehicle:
Our supplier will always try their best to provide you with the car requested. If the car booked is not available, you will always get a superior category.
Accidents / Mechanical difficulties:
In the event of an accident or breakdown, our supplier will provide you with a 24-hours breakdown assistance telephone number (stuck on windscreen).
Driving restrictions:
The vehicles of our supplier cannot be taken abroad.
Privacy Statement:
We do not sell or rent any information collected through our website to third parties, respecting privacy of our customers.
Security Statement:
Our website has security measures in place to protect the data of our customers. Our secure servers are designed to prevent unauthorized access with the latest security technology. We have also in place the Verising secure Certification providing save transmission of data in an encrypted format SLL. Customer credit card numbers are not kept on our reservations system to reduce misuse by any members of our staff at any time.
