What’s included?

Total coverage in case of the theft of the vehicle (TP). In the event of auto theft, it is mandatory for the customer to present a Police report.

Damage to tyres, undercarriage, windows and interior
No petrol refunds are made at the airport, wherefore clients are kindly asked to return the tank as empty as possible.
Lost or damaged keys

Filling in the wrong fuel
Out of office hours pick up (from 22:00 to 02:00 and from 7:00 to 8:00): 18 euro + IVA for rentals until 5 days. Free of charge for 7 or more days. Inbound flight number compulsory. Winter schedule: Office hours: 9am-9pm. On December 24th and 31st, the office will close at 9pm.
Extra drivers: 2 euro a day + VAT
No hotel deliveries. Both pick up and drop off must take place at the airport.

Extras

Child seats: suitable for children from 9 to 18 Kilograms.
Booster seats: suitable for children from 18 to 36 Kilograms
Out-of-hours: 9€ + tax for every hour of delay, as agreed upon contract for the vehicle drop-off.
A 600-euro deposit is required to rent the soft-top Suzuki model.
Childseats and Boosterseats: 3 euro a day + IVA (Max. 18 euros + IVA)

Fuel Policy

The customer will be offered two options: - FULL TO FULL: for bookings with a duration of 6 or less rental days with drop-off at the office from 8am through 10pm, a credit card pre-authorization (not a charge) is required for the fuel. - FULL TO EMPTY: for bookings with a duration of 7 rental days on, with drop-off at the office from 8am through 10pm, the customer will be charged to his/her credit card upon arrival for a full tank. Fuel prices may vary depending on the vehicle's model, as well as the gas market price upon vehicle pick-up.

Flight information:

In order to provide you with the best service, it's important that you state your flight number on your booking form. Our supplier will be able to check if your flight gets delayed on your arrival date, which would translate into a delay in your arrival time.

Payment method:

The only payment method available is with a major credit card (VISA, Eurocard / Mastercard or American Express). The owner of the credit card must be present as the payment is at the time of pick up. Cash, debit card, bank transfer or advanced payment with your credit card will not be accepted.

Driver requirements:

Customer must hold a valid EU driver's license. For vehicle categories A1, B1, D1, E, F and J, the driver must be at leat twenty-one years of age and must have held a valid driver's license for at least one year. For the rest of the categories, the driver must be at least twenty-five years of age and must have held a valid driver's license for at least two years. Maximum age: 80 years-old.

Type of vehicle:

Our supplier will always try their best to provide you with the car requested. If the car booked is not available, you will always get a superior category.

Accidents / Mechanical difficulties:

In the event of an accident or breakdown, our supplier will provide you with a 24-hours breakdown assistance telephone number (stuck on windscreen).

Driving restrictions:

The vehicles of our supplier cannot be taken abroad.

Privacy Statement:

We do not sell or rent any information collected through our website to third parties, respecting privacy of our customers.

Security Statement:

Our website has security measures in place to protect the data of our customers. Our secure servers are designed to prevent unauthorized access with the latest security technology. We have also in place the Verising secure Certification providing save transmission of data in an encrypted format SLL. Customer credit card numbers are not kept on our reservations system to reduce misuse by any members of our staff at any time.

Ibiza High Season

Following requirements must be fulfilled in order to accept reservations:
Between July 15th and August 31st (both included) no replacement vehicle will be given to customers having had an accident for which they are responsible.
Address where customer will be staying in Ibiza will be provided with the reservation data.
Cellular phone at which customer can be reached while staying in Ibiza will be provided with the reservation data.
Credit card will be requested to customer, as a guarantee for possible damage to vehicle not covered by insurance (exceptions to Super CDW). Car will not be given to customer if no credit card is provided.
