Stress-free insurance. In the event of accident, it covers tow truck expenses, tires, damage on the vehicle's undercarriage and windows/windshields. In the event of key loss, it covers spare key and the key shipping expenses.

Rear-view Mirrors, Undercarriage, Motor, Towing service after accident, Taxi (transportation), Clutch, Battery, Copy of the key and delivery of the key to closest office, Damage to oil sump, Catalytic convertor, Radiator and Exempt of 500€ deposit for replacement vehicle in case of accident or breakdown and the Repair Period.

In the event the vehicle needs a special cleaning upon drop-off, a minimum charge of 30€ will be applied.
Second driver: 4€/day (max. 48€). We only accept 3 additional drivers per rental.
Fuel Policy
For bookings with a duration of 4 rental days on, the vehicle will be provided with a full tank at pick up and will have to be returned empty. The fuel charge is made upon arrival. Fuel prices start at 45€ for basic cars and 120€ for the highest categories. These rates are subject to modifications. A reimbursement for unused fuel will be made for bookings with a duration of 1 to 3 rental days.
Flight information:
In order to provide you with the best service, it's important that you state your flight number on your booking form. Our supplier will be able to check if your flight gets delayed on your arrival date, which would translate into a delay in your arrival time.
Payment method:
The only payment method available is with a major credit card (VISA, Mastercard or EC-Karte) Neither cash nor American Express are accepted as a form of payment. The owner of the credit card must be present as the payment is at the time of pick up.
Driver requirements:
A full license valid in the EU, held for at least one year, must be provided. The minimum age to hire a car is 21 years old. Faxed or photocopied licenses are not acceptable.
Drivers younger than 25 years old or with a driving license between 1 and 4 years, must pay an extra of 4€ per day, maximum 48€ per rental.
Type of vehicle:
Our supplier will always try their best to provide you with the car requested. If the car booked is not available, you will always get a superior category.
Accidents / Mechanical difficulties:
In the event of an accident or breakdown, our supplier will provide you with a 24-hours breakdown assistance telephone number (stuck on windscreen).
Driving restrictions:
Customers arriving to the Girona, Reus and Barcelona offices can take the rental car to Andorra and France. Customers arriving to the Almería, Granada, Seville and Jerez offices can take the rental car to Portugal and Gibraltar. An 8-euro per day fee will be charged upon arrival to contract the insurance to travel abroad; it has a minimm of 20€ and a maximum of 60€.

Our website has security measures in place to protect the data of our customers. Our secure servers are designed to prevent unauthorized access with the latest security technology. We have also in place the Verising secure Certification providing save transmission of data in an encrypted format SLL. Customer credit card numbers are not kept on our reservations system to reduce misuse by any members of our staff at any time.
