| For out of hours deliveries there is an extra charge of 30€ to pay in all destinations:- Canary Islands: from 23:00h until 7:00h
- Palma de Mallorca, Málaga y Alicante: from 24:00h until 7:00h

| No hotel deliveries. Both picking up and dropping off must take place at the airport. |

| Extras |
| Child seats: suitable for children from 9 to 18 Kilograms. |
| Booster seats: suitable for children from 18 to 36 Kilograms. |
| Both can be hired upon request. |

| Flight information: |
| In order to provide you with the best service, it is important that you state your flight number on your booking form so that we will be able to check if your flight gets delayed on your arrival date, which would translate into a delay in your arrival time. |

| Payment method: |
| It must be made by a major credit card on arrival! |

|
|
|
| Driver requirements: |
| A full license valid in the EU, held for at least one year, must be provided. The minimum age to hire a car is 21 years old. Faxed or photocopied licenses are not acceptable. |

| Type of Vehicle: |
| We will always try our best to provide you the car requested. If the car booked is not available, you will always get a superior category. |

|
|
| Accidents / Mechanical difficulties: |
| In the event of an accident or breakdown, our supplier will provide you with a 24 hours breakdown assistance telephone number (stuck on windscreen). |

|
|
| Driving restrictions: |
| Cars cannot be taken abroad. |

|

| Privacy Statement: |
| We do not sell or rent any information collected through our website to third parties, respecting privacy of our customers. |

| Security Statement: |
| Our website has security measures in place to protect the data of our customers. Our secure servers are designed to prevent unauthorized access with the latest security technology. We have also in place the Verising secure Certification providing save transmission of data in an encrypted format SLL. Customer credit card numbers are not kept on our reservations system to reduce misuse by any members of our staff at any time. |
