| Fuel policy: |
|
The vehicle is provided with a full tank at pick up and it is returned empty. For rentals up to 3 (three) days maximum, the option FULL / FULL is allowed.In no case there will be a proportional refund for fuel not used. |

| Pick up information |
| At the airport of Murcia we work with a supplier, which name will be confrimed by e-mail, with a office in the arrivals terminal of the airport. |

| Flight information: |
|
In order to be able to hire at Murcia airport, you must arrive by plane and provide us with your flight number when you book your reservation. Also, your flight number is important as our supplier will be able to check if it gets delayed on your arrival date, thereby, providing you with the best service possible. |

| Payment method: |
|
The only payment method available is with a major credit card (VISA, Eurocard / Mastercard or American Express). The owner of the credit card must be present as the payment is at the time of pick up. Cash, debit card, bank transfer or advanced payment with your credit card will not be accepted. |

| Driver requirements: |
|
A full license valid in the EU, held for at least one year, must be provided. The minimum age to hire a car is 21 years old. Except class Mercedes C & E or similar: minimum age 25 years oldFaxed or photocopied licenses are not acceptable. |

Our supplier will always try their best to provide you the car requested. If the car booked is not available, you will always get a superior category. |

| Accidents / Mechanical difficulties: |

In the event of an accident or breakdown, our supplier will provide you with a 24 hours breakdown assistance telephone number (stuck on windscreen). |

| Driving restrictions: |
|
The vehicles of our supplier may be taken only to the following countries: Gibraltar, Portugal and Andorra. |
